Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Long and easy this evening. Made sure to go after the sun set and it was "cooler" (85) Felt much better. My legs still had that exhausted feeling in them but it was easier to keep going when it wasn't too hot. This week's theme I think is gonna be the anti-Galen plan. (S.O to G$Icepick, you might not know what I'm talking about) Either way, I'm fairly certain this will help my running, otherwise I'm stumped. I'm also gonna look into buying a pot and mad pasta to eat that for dinner... Getting really sick of all this shitty food they have around here. That should help too.
Hmm what else, probably gonna do some treadmill running this week not sure yet. Maybe also take it a bit easier on the lift or something
Also thinking about adding striders soon since those really seemed to help during the track season, maybe I just need a bit of speed to feel better. Also, S.O to the Cavs. I really need to find a sketchy stream to watch the games, constantly refreshing yahoo sports is really stressful and annoying.
