Best run in a long time. Felt really really good. Operation anti-Galen is in full effect (Day 2) and things are going well
Did an out and back run that I thought was 6 miles but I am probably wrong. I'm gonna check it on google maps real quick... alright turns out it's more like 5.5 miles... that makes a bit more sense.
So I made a bit of a ladder fartlek run. Each rep was on 6 minutes except the last couple were on 5 then 4 minutes to make sure I got them all in
30, 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, 2:00, 1:30, 1:00, 30
was really movin the last couple of reps, felt so good.
Ran in the evening (9 ish) when it was around 80, after the sun went down.
Negative split by a minute
