Today was the first day of conditioning, the kids did a 2 mile ppm, with a total of 3.5 miles for the day. A good amount of people showed up, just missing a few kids. A couple people stood out today, My top 2 boys and top 2 girls had great times. I decided to hit the roads after they got done and do the same but add on an extra .5 for cool down. First mile around 6:20, Second mile around 6:07. Legs got a little tired during the second mile, but still negative splitted. It's a tough little run. Added a little extra to the incredibly slow cooldown
