Comments:
After driving to Pottstown, PA with Jim Ehrenhaft on Wednesday afternoon, I slept somewhat poorly and woke up early to run with Jim around the Hill School campus. We looped and included about two miles on the track which were above 8 min pace. I wished for a quicker pace and a more exploratory route, but I didn't actually feel very fresh or good. I then spent from 8:30-8:00pm attending coaching workshops... interesting but a little tedious.
