The whole workout is kick with my arms limp at my sides because my shoulders are hurting...

3x(100 free kick rotations, 100 back kick rotations, 100 fly kick)

300 free kick rotations, 300 back kick rotations, 300 fly kick - all with fins and snorkel

4x25 underwater kick with fins
4x(25 underwater kick with fins all out + 75 easy)

200 free kick rotations, 200 back kick rotations, 200 fly kick - with fins and snorkel

underwater kick with fins for as long as you can go - made about 60 yards, then 40 yards ez float

take fins off - 100 free kick rotations, 100 back kick rotations, 100 fly kick
