Comments:
I was originally planning to run either 4 or 6 today and then 6 or 4 on Sunday, but I couldn't decide which day I wanted to be longer so they'll both be 5. Good pacing on the main part of the run, which ended at Veale to finally lift, and then a slow mile back unfortunately.
