repeats at BC XC camp

Weather: a little warm and sunny, but nice.

Comments:
that morning we did what we thought were mile repeats. took a minute or so to rest and drink between each. then we found out later that it wasn't, and I was extremely disappointed. still hills, and still a good workout.
