just your average 5 miler on the treadmill to watch the cavs game. Lmao since I dont have a tv i have to go to the gym to watch the game.
2 miles on then 1 mile on their indoor track during half time, 2 more after.
around 7 flat pace. felt pretty good
striders also felt real good
