Well I waited for the storm to pass before venturing out on my run. It wasn't a bad one, especially because it cooled everything off which was sweet.
Really great night run for sure. It was cool seeing the insane clouds off in the distance. They stretched from the horizon to half the night sky, and every now and then would flash blue and pink. It was a really great night
feeling significantly better recently and I'm scared to lift again because maybe that's what caused last weeks funk....
