Comments:
Ran 1 1/3 miles to Gates track, ran 2,000 meters hard, ran 1 1/3 miles back. 2,000 laps were 80, 83, 80, 83, 80 (6:46 total) 1,000 splits were 3:23, 3:23 felt really easy. Haven't done much speed or many miles lately.
