Comments:
Brookville / Beech / CCT / Wisc. Trying to steadily increase mileage. Maybe will throw in some tempo or hills next week, but might also wait a bit longer. Need to start doing strength work and foam rolling more often. Felt a bit of an ache in my right lower back at the very end of this run.
