Comments:
Did not plan out my day very well and only had twenty minutes for a run. Went for 22:30 and may be exaggerating to call this three. While I'm still adjusting to the heat, I actually just felt crumby from the very start. I did begin to loosen up a bit about 13 min in, but felt tight, tired, and strained the entire way.
