Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Was supposed to do 6 today but could only go two. Don't know what it is but my legs have been feeling dead during every run the past week, regardless of the pace. I stretch after every run but maybe I need to stretch better and use the roller. The heat wasn't an issue today because I ran at night, plus I hydrated properly so that can't be it. Might take a hot bath to loosen up the muscles and will make up for the run tomorrow, which is supposed to be my off day.
