I went for the same run as I did yesterday. It was really really gross weather because I got out right after the heavy raining ended so it was super humid and hot. At Whitman you could see and feel all of the steam coming off of the track. But I loved it. I imagine that it was what hot yoga feels like. When I started out I think my body was tired from the bike ride, but it was such a great run. Its so great to be running again. I feel so blessed to be able to run which is a silly thing to feel blessed about, but some people can't run and I get to run. Running feels so good, even when it doesn't feel good, it feels good. This was such a good run, though. It was a hard run and it was gorgeous outside and I almost feel like the steam detoxed my body. My body was so warm at the end that my cool down was probably the greatest cool down ever. Love a good stretch. What is running. I don't know.
