Exercise Type: Run
Weather: upper 70s, humd, but cloudy and not as brutal as the past few runs
Comments:
Julia nicely came by my house at 10am and we looped the nature trail at the golf course with some zig zagging to and from. I felt good, and it is so helpful to have company. Good to catch up with Julia, but then rushed off to meet Tristan at AU for to oversee his final tune-up workout before New Balance Nationals. Ended up running to and form the track from Glenbrook parking spot and jogging a few laps with him over the course of the following hour. I suppose those bits and pieces could add up to a mile, but that would be pushing it. I'm not going to log that junk, but I will round up what Julia and I did to call the run 5 even though it was probably a little less than 5.
