We did repeat miles, woot. My splits were horrible, i really dissappointed myself.

Repeat 1: 6:08
Repeat 2: 6:13
Repeat 3: 6:24
Repeat 4: 6:40
Repeat 5: 6:35

I slowed down really bad, but i think that was because i went out too fast.

EDIT: After some hard thinking i might have figured out why I did so bad, not sayin this is an excuse, but a valid possibility.

I ran 10 miles at Pinchot with Kevin, then proceded to do a workout at Most High, and then Repeat Miles. Within about 24 hours I had done a long run, Most High, and then a hard workout. This isn't my excuse for my poor performance, but just a possiblity as to why I couldn't give it my all...
