Comments:
Lifted in the middle. I attempted the med ball series, but realized that I didn't remember what a spiderman push up was and wasn't really capable of doing push up touch the skies, so I will be doing a lot more push ups to fix this.

Also, my left knee has been bothering me. It seems to not be tied to which shoes I'm wearing or the terrain, so I'm not sure what to change, other than adding in strengthening stuff from Jes.
