Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We're in Paris right now, so I decided to find the university where my grandparents met, just after WWII. The University of Sobornne is only a mile or so away from the apartment we're staying in. Unfortunately, the area is quite packed, so there was a lot of weaving through throngs of people and stops at lights, so im not sure that this run can be classified as steady. Lesson learned. . But we did find the University and we called my grandma and she was very excited to hear about it.
The run itself didn't feel bad, probably because of all the stops. I feel like I should be feeling worse, but I'm sure it will hit me soon. Ana was timing the run and im not sure how often she stopped the clock when we had to stop for people.
Strength was planks, plank leg lifts, and crunch rotation with 3 sets of 20 push-ups.
