Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
After realizing that I wasn't going to be able to get the energy together to go on a run after work, I decided to run to WES. It went surprisingly well as it was also my first run wearing a heavy backpack. I can say now that its killer on my back and shoulders, but seemed fine during the run. I think it messes with my gait a bit, but nothing else. Another bonus about running to work is that my knee was bothering me from the sudden increase in biking but now I don't have to bike as much.
