Weather: 67 and sunny!

Comments:
Ran from house over to Midland HS track. Stretched and did hurdle flex drills. Then back. Took bike out for a couple of miles. Foot still hurts but doctor wasn't too concerned! Doing the middle O mit duathlon in morning. No pain no gain! These legs are fresh!
