Damn. All I have to say is this was one of the best runs of the summer. No other way to put it.
Started off nice and slow in typical long run fashion (7:30) halfway through I let myself pick it up a bit every half a mile ish. Mile 8 was around 6:30-6:40 then closed the last mile out on the indoor track (because them treadmills don't let you run for more than an hour straight) either way, I closed it in around 6 flat which I didn't really mean to do but it just kinda happened.
