Damn my shin/foot is actually still hurting from saturday's run...
Just swam today and massaged it in the hot tub a bit after. Hopefully it's better by tomorrow

harder than last weeks swim which is strange
bit of a headache at the end, which I was expecting last week but never came..
Underwaters, still only 1.5 lengths each... we'll get there
