17 minutes up at OLMS, drills, and into 3xmile. I planned on doing 4xmile. I could make a lot of excuses about why it didn't go well (heat, trainers, being by myself), but the reality is that I am probably not in that good of shape right now. Anyways, 5:06, 5:04, 5:08 with 3.5 minutes between them. 8 minutes down.
