Faster Day

Weather: Sunny & Warm with a sea breeze

Comments:
Today is my so called faster day of the week but with the toe issue and Noelle waiting I tried to tailor it a bit:

Warm up: Ran to Ender's Island and back (took 23 minutes...usually I am a min or 2 slower...)

Workout: 10 minutes at a tempo pace, 3 minutes easy, 5 minutes a little faster than tempo, 2 minutes easy, 5 minutes a little faster than tempo...total 25 minutes (ran on the island and went to the right and around the pond then did a loop to the left)

Cool Down: 10 minutes easy to the left out and back

Total: ~7miles (a little more)

Toe felt A MILLION times better today :)...but still was sore especially when I ran faster...other than that my legs are feeling great!
