Ran at Ramapo with Paul. We did a Halifax loop and then a campus loop so we got in some decent hills before it started to thunder and we had to cut it to 6. The pace was strong but it was so humid out it was tough to breathe. Not a terrible run but I can't say I felt smooth. Core after
