Campus loops at STA

Weather: Quite hot and humid, 90s

Comments:
Led a group on easy ice loops, and meadow loops, etc. Added on a bit at the end with Kale Boy and Julia Smith. Both plantars have been bugging me. I even iced at night. Did a set of forty push ups at practice and then followed up with another five right after. I've been doing sets of 25-35 nearly every day for the past few weeks, and the long set felt good.
Was 180 before the morning run,a nod 177 after it. Was at 183 one day last week on the heels of an excellent Ethiopian dinner.
