Night tempo

Since it was pretty dark when i headed out, I donned my LED wristband and ran the mile to the 1200m track/athletic complex I found last night and did two loops then decided to do a tempo mile to change gears a bit (6:48) then cooled down on the track a bit and ran back to la residencia. It's been a while since I've felt so good, happy to feel like I was gliding a bit and lost myself in Life of Pie, which I'm listening to right now on audible.

Crunch progression (45sec per) and 3x 15 pushups between.
