Comments:
I felt great, kept it relaxed. My watch is still off even though I updated it :(. I'm not really sure why. But first mile was about 7:20. Kid cudi station on pandora helped me keep an even pace. I had some aches especially outside my knee that went away when I was on the track. I think I need new shoes.
