Comments:
Good run today! It almost didn't happen, it have been very easy to sit home and smoke cigarettes! Not only did I get out the door and get it done but I was also went farther than intended. I wanted to puss out at 3 or miles today and tomorrow despite my goal of start getting into 10k shape. I can handle that 8k but I am going to need to struggle at that 10k distance for a couple days just like I did the 8k and distance and we need to get this done by the end of June so we can move on to half marathon1
