Comments:
First workout! Also first full warmup of the summer, definitely felt the difference. 1 mile steady into two miles of tempo (6:20/5:55), then another steady mile. Felt good about it, especially considering I did it alone after a greasy Chinese food dinner. Wasn't dead tired at the end, felt like I could've kept going. Noticing hip adductor a bit, foam rolled it good and proper.
