Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I surprised myself on my tempo today. I ran it with a high school teammate at the Saddle Brook Park and aimed to run 5:40 pace. Without paying attention to the pace we went through the first mile at 5:30 and closed the last mile in 5:16. I didn't intend on going that fast nor did I think I was able to run that fast at this point in my training but I felt good. I'm already in better shape than how I was the start of September last year.
