Comments:
Sacrum felt weird, didn't want to chance it. Stopped short and decided to let it rest. Ice massaging it and taking my calcium/vitamin d because I've been slacking on that. Mileage won't be up this week but that's probably better anyway. I did an asphalt loop (1.25) and then 5 laps on the track. I'll try to stick to trails next time or all track.
