Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This run was so hilly. What a brutal run with Billy Chen. I really enjoyed it though. Abigail and I stayed a few feet behind the group slightly struggling. I was good at staying hydrated all day so I took on the hills and made it through. :)
I am completely out of shape when it comes to strength work and so the strength work was difficult.
