Hilly Run

Comments:
Ran around 9 am this morning which was a good time, not so early that I'm half asleep but not late enough that it was too hot. The weather was comfortable and my legs didn't feel too bad. The first mile I kept it comfortable on a relatively flat stretch leading to the hills. The second mile was a straight uphill the entire mile. I ran a 7:15 that mile which I was pretty happy with considering I ran around 7:40 on that hill two weeks ago. For the rest of the run I found the best hills I could and powered up them. Definitely a strong run. I'm happy with the way I felt - like I was pushing but under control
