Nice and easy. Just to make milage for the week.

So this is kind of embarrassing, but it is important to log for future reference. The stoolage is really green lately and has been for a couple weeks. Also, I've been feeling weird lately. As funny as that sounds, it is kind of bad because it means things are going through the lower GI too fast, which is where water is absorbed.

I'm going to bike tomorrow and see how it goes.
