Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran at the worst possible time weather-wise (1 p.m.). I realized that I do best running either at 9-10 a.m. or 6-7 p.m. That being said, I struggled in the heat. Did 4 now instead of during my later session since I have to run really late at night because of work. Did even bother worrying about pace because I wanted to go really easy today, especially since I was sore from yesterday.
