Comments:
Couldn't make it to st albans today so I just ran home from the policy institute in an indirect route. I didn't feel too great, and was happy when I hit a few stop lights. my calves tightened up a lot. when I got home I did 2 sets of dead bugs, push-up rotation, and super people plus planks.
