June 26, 2015 (Morning)
Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with Jackson, Noah, Sahil, Mickey, and Alex. The game was to find as many state license plates as possible (the count was of each state, not the number of plates). We went down Garfield, turned right on 34th, went to and around the upper half of Observatory Circle (where jackson turned around and chased down what turned out to be a South Caroline plate, I believe). We then took Wisconsin into Georgetown, turned left on Q St, and kept going until we intersected Mass Ave. We then went up the huge hill right back to 34th, then Garfield, then the Cathedral. I felt surprisingly good on the run. Game's like these may be even better than normal conversation when trying to distract yourself from dehydration or heaviness on the hills.
Strength:
2x:
Dead bugs (40, alternating fast and slow every 10)
Pushup progression (2 each position)
Super people (20)
