Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I woke up this morning and my lungs hurt, but I had already not run with Hayley yesterday so I didn't want to skip out again. In the past I have definitely been told to not run if I felt like this, but I decided I would try for 2 miles and keep going if it felt survivable. At the first mile, our time was under 8 minutes, so I kept with it and ended up running all that I was supposed to, at a normal pace!

I wonder how much of my problems with asthma are mental. There is definitely a limitation imposed when I can't fill my lungs or my chest hurts, but I've been able to push through so much more in the past year than I ever did in high school. In the past, I wouldn't have run at all today, but today I did and it worked.
