Weather: kinda hot

Comments:
First day of practice, 4x1.1 mile loops with 2 minutes rest; just trying to reacquaint with going fast. 6:26, 6:30, 5:46, 6:32. 3rd one just wanted to get one quality loop in to see how it felt, and it felt rusty. Good ice breaker, glad to see the loop was a little longer than I thought, definitely makes me feel a little better :P
