XC Day 46

Comments:
Had an option to do a water work out, UF or run. Colin and I ran because we had not done morning runs the past 3 days and didn't want to not run at all for the day. Did the run on trails and I hurt my other ankle about 1.5 miles into the run but it ended up being okay.
