Backs are KILLER

UGH so this was such a nice lovely before work run with Elen Stepanyan. I planned out this AMAZING loop from where she lives (right in frendship heights next to the capital crescent trail so the sky was the limit) and it was gorgeous and I love her and we were having a blast, very chill
BUT......on Sunday i did this hardcore Stretch and Strengthening class with Kelly and it was a lot, so much and it was right after a drop in jazz class I just did with Kelly which was hard on me because I haven't done jazz in a year. My back was already bothering me the slightest bit on saturday then the hardcore stretching after the hardcore strengthening after the hardcore jazz class was a lot on my back and i guess i knew it. I woke up this morning and was like maybe I should take the day off but i decided against it. And my back was fine but then it wasn't and it really wasn't and I was in so much pain all day and not my average "i suffered from severe scoliosis pain a few years ago and sometimes it acts up a bit," It was a lot of horrible pain all day.
This all around sucks: 1. the pain 2. I have been enjoying my runs so much lately that i don't want to give up the next who knows how long for my back 3. i had just thought i had gotten to the point where i was past my scoliosis and i could do one of kelly's stretch and strengthening class without skipping anything or thinking about my back the whole time and thats a lie 4. my back pain will be with me for the rest of my life .
