Long Run

Comments:
Ran with a group of guys that graduated from my high school. They wanted to take it out easy which was fine with me, but that resulted in an 8 minute mile the first mile. From there I ended up running on my own cause the pace was way too slow. Pretty slow pace but it was a nice little recovery from the previous runs.
