Comments:
I saw dr. Doerr today and he pretty much beat me up. We did grassing technique on my butt/back and dry needling on my left hip flexor. He added a new excerise to rehab, single leg squats. I was feeling pretty sore after him but I decided to run today. 15 and some change on the track, no music. Just me focusing on an even pace, and my running form. Besides soreness, no pain. First mile was 7:58, second was 7:47. The rest were just about the same place.
