Ran with Zac, Paul and Tom. Pete also came along and rode his bike alongside us. We ran shady side which had a few good hills. We kept what felt like a strong pace and I felt pretty good. Only a little tired in the last two miles but not terrible. After we did 6 barefoot strides and a half mile jog. Core after
