Hilly Run

Comments:
Worked until 9 and I wasn't able to run the only 7 mile route I know (park closes after sunset) so I just went to the gym and ran on the treadmill. As much as I hate running on the treadmill, it really exercises your mental discipline when running. There were a number of times during the run where I wanted to cut it short or ease off on the pace, but nonetheless I finished with a solid pace. Couldn't do strides for obvious reasons so I'll do that tomorrow.
