Comments:
not a bad run at all. I was about 30 seconds faster than yesterday but that is mostly because I didn't stop to stretch! I like the level I am at right now. Last year I didn't run at all during the month of July so if I can spend this month getting ready for half marathon shape than I can spend august and September preparing for the marathon. I need to work it this month. If I slack and make excusses I will fail at the marathon
