Comments:
Ran with Julia s and Gillian down mass, planning for a 35 min run. I was only hoping to do 30 but I wanted to run with them so I figured another couple minutes wouldn't hurt. It only ended up being 33 I think so it's ok though. That might be wrong though because Julia's watch stopped a bit. It definitely felt longer.I may take a day off since I did 6 days last week and all of my runs have been over the limit for the week that im on in the schedule. I haven't been doing as good of a job as I should be about sticking to the schedule and not getting overeager. Because of the humidity, I had some trouble breathing and we took a short stop on the way back near the top of the hill heading up to AU.
