Im sorry for not keeping up with my log! Ive been getting home from work at 7 every night and getting up at 5 so it doesn't leave me much extra time.
This wasn't bad, but i still wasn't pleased. I was very tired, but that is no excuse. The warm up i was very tight so i did a lot of stretching and the for my 1st tempo mile i was on pace and then i slowed down. My second mile was way too slow so on the last one, i really tried to push myself.
