3x(25 fly against resistance band folded in half, 8 strokes when u get stuck then release the band + 25 underwater with resistance band)
2x(25 against resistance band regular + 25 swim fly with resistance band)
6x25 fly drills
4x25 fly fast with no pushoff - ~6 kicks before you swim
2x25 fly swim hard
